To manufacture any product in metal requires many operations. Such as shearing,cutting, bending, embossing, sharp edges removal, buffing etc. Where as abs plastic part is simply made in one go that is MOLDING.

The cost of metals and it’s alloys is increasing day by day,

So, the parts which earlier  made in metals are being replaced by ABS plastic.

Very soon, ITI tarsali Vadodara, will be starting a two year course on “ELECTROPLATER”.
We feel proud that, our CEO Mr. Rajendra Mehendale, is the member of the committee, which is finalising the syllabus for the said course.
